Leading and managing an in-house team of software developers in all aspects of the full software development lifecycle including project management and architecture.Our primary focus was the analysis, development and support of a bespoke, company-wide ERP system including integration of COTS solutions.I was a member of the IS Leadership Team and Technical Architecture Board who were collectively responsible for setting the direction of the systems development, selection of technologies, vendors and partners, and information architecture.Key projects that I was directly involved in included: * design & development of an industry award-winning, bespoke BIM integration between the in-house ERP system and industry-standard CAD software * analysis, design & creation of dashboards, including Safety reporting and Business Development tracking * introduction of a SharePoint-based intranet to replace a legacy system * partnering with a 3rd-party for the analysis & development of a mobile (iPad) system for field-based employees allowing two-way integration with the core Oracle systems* analysis, design and development of financial systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable and subcontract management * upgrading/migrating from Oracle 10G to 11G database, from 10G iAS to 11G WebLogic Server, and moving from Solaris to Linux platform.
