Current- Hired into this growing e-commerce bedding brand to drive profitability through updated and effective strategies, establish formalized systems, generate synergies, and develop teams. These strategies include growth and retention marketing, paid media, earned media, and influencer programs.- Member of the leadership team (LT) with full responsibility for the marketing P&L. Manage 4 direct reports (15 total) including our 5-member creative team in Ukraine. - Substantially improved communications among marketing and the other divisions. Built out detailed multi-channel reports and metrics to clearly demonstrate results and greatly reduce the time to action.- Established a new branding baseline that led to a more cohesive look and feel across all of our consumer-facing sites and marketing assets.- Captured significant gain in profitability between the July and October 2024 Amazon Prime Days led by an optimization of earned media attribution links and their associated fees.
