At Cloud Sherpas, I am responsible for the integration/migration streams within the Salesforce projects as well as Salesforce technical development/configuration activities (some of my projects are listed below):Stryker South Pacific : Sales Cloud & JDE Integration- Defined the integration strategy, design & patterns used for integration solution for the JD Edwards & Salesforce systems.- Built & tested the integrations using the Informatica Cloud middleware. Zurich : CRM enhancements- Implemented functionality for Advisors & Address using Apex/Visualforce & fixing bugs & Apex test classes.

At Persistent, I worked at various technical & managerial positions starting as a developer and moving on to a Senior Technology Delivery Manager during my tenure (some of my projects are listed below). While at Persistent I also worked with the BMC Incubator [India], IBM Cast Iron[USA] & Jitterbit[USA] (these have been mentioned separately): - Built a POC server that assigns Caller Ring Back Tone for calls. The server send relevant ad codes for the calling user based on available profile information and advertisement bandwidth in a stipulated amount of time. - Develop & Fix issues in the email, calendar & administration modules of the Mirapoint messaging layer.- Built a high speed HTTP Server used to receive inputs to an appliance- Built a DB layer framework to allow chaining queries & results from one or more data sources.- Built a visual extension to the Eclipse IDE to help map/transform XML to XML/HTML/Text formats- Designed & Implemented Java User Interface Widgets- Designed personalised web-based event portals- Complete software development life cycle management for customer products involving architecting/designing to implementing & testing activities.- Management of project team & customer expectations.

At BMC, I developed Proof of Concepts (ranging from a week to 6 weeks) across varied technology stacks to prove feasibility of various use cases/ideas, such as:- AWS Cloud Formation Mapper: Built a mapper for a set of AWS Cloud Formation constructs for import into customer's proprietary cloud asset management tool.- TOSCA Mapper:Studied the TOSCA spec to analyse feasibility of conforming the customer's cloud asset management tool to TOSCA. This involved understanding the TOSCA model and map the available cloud stack constructs to those in the customer's cloud blueprint model.- Puppet Tool:Built a tool to parse Puppet modules (hierarchy of Puppet manifests in custom DSL with ERB templates) into a normalised model to be converted to customer's dev-ops scripting format.- SCXML Conversion:Built a tool to convert finite state machines specified in the Apache State Chart XML format into java code. This involved using static analysis & reflection of code to identify appropriate java objects and code flow for the state transition.- Hadoop deployment:Enhancing customer's data management tool (Patrol) to allow for deployment (install, start, stop, uninstall) of a Cloudera Hadoop cluster over a set of nodes using the customer's plugin framework.- Mobile APM:Helped build a minimal viable product specification for a Mobile Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution for the customer. Assisted in building a demo server to receive/process/visualise the mobile metrics via a dashboard.- ESB evaluation:Evaluated the MuleSoft & FUSE ESBs across a set of functional & deployment requirements for the customer's need to build a common integration layer to be used across all of the customer's products.- CEP evaluation: Assisted in the evaluating a complex event processing requirement for the customer's future SAAS based platform for monitoring.

At Jitterbit I am responsible for consulting with customers to design Integration Solutions using the JitterBit product. Understanding the integration requirements of the client. Design & architect the integration solution. Develop the projects with flows. Test the flows and deploy the integration solution from dev to production. Worked with endpoints, like Salesforce, NetSuite, SQL Databases (MS SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL), AutoDesk PLM, etc.

At Cast Iron (now an IBM company) I am responsible for consulting with the customers to design Integration Solutions for them using the Cast Iron product. Understanding the integration requirements of the client. Design & architect the integration solution. Develop the projects with orchestration for uni-directional or bi-directional synchronisation or migration of application data. Test & deploy the integration solution from dev to production.Was the lead integration consultant, interacting with large number of customers. Also conducted large number of trainings for the Cast Iron product to customers.Worked with endpoints, like Salesforce, SQL Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, IBM DB2), Webservices, FTP, Message Queues, Oracle JD Edwards, etc.
