CurrentDirect activities associated with production control and coordination including planning, scheduling, input/output control, job setup, standards, etc. Resolve conflicts in schedules or resource requirements while minimizing impact on commitments to clients. Adjust work sequence with overall schedule to optimize productivity. Research production problems and initiates corrective action where appropriate. Balance schedules and capacity so that service and costs are optimized. Ensure integrity of process and data bases, and the quality of output through I/O control, quality review and development and enforcement of production standards. Review new or modified applications submitted for production for completeness and adherence to procedural and documentation standards. Manage the monitoring and maintenance of information security policies and procedures. Manage the reporting, investigation and resolution of data security incidents. Assigns staff to various tasks and directs their activities. Evaluate staff and prepare periodic performance reports. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
