Part of my role was to be a Technical Project Leader, responsible for full delivery of Global innovation and supply chain projects in the Spreads and Cooking Margarine area.Second part of my role was supporting my group manager and other european development teams in improving the internal culture and teamspirit by facilitating team sessions. I was also part of the Dairy ingredient expert group. In order to assess new ingredients and old and new supplier, who deliver to Unilever world wide.

I started in a 3 shift pattern as a shift leader responsible for a team of 15 people and together running the Dressings Line at Calvé. After two yrs and a reorganisation I became the Unit Manager for the processing Unit. I was responsible for the whole processing plant of de Mayonaise and Dressing lines, with 35 operators in a 3 and 4 shift pattern.

Off which 1 year as Product developer Dressings and 1 year as Product developer for Dry Mixes (i.e. Cup a Soup). My main role was to optimize mayonnaise for Spain and to harmonize flavours within Europe.

Birds Eye Wall's was (sold in 2007) a Frozen Food producer part of Unilever in the UK, similar to the former Iglo/Mora part of Unilever in the Netherlands.I started within product development as an assistant of two technical project leaders and became technical project leader for red meat after 2yrs. responsible for the scale up and role out of new innovations (during the periode of the BSE outbreak in the UK).

Edwards is a Cash and Carry for (fresh) food products. I did research into the opinion of current and potential customers of Edwards, regards their customer service.

Gunstones is an industrial Bakery which is part of Northern Foods. As a food technologist I worked on several improvement projects in the bakery and helped with the roll out of new products into the bakery.
