Taking over the lead during the unstable situation in Ukraine and generally not the most favourable worldwide IT market, makes this role assignment even more fruitful.

After successfully exiting my former company Altamira Softworks and merging the entity with Ukrainian GBKSoft and British Altamira.ai I decided to accept the challenging offer of becoming the COO of the newly emerged software development firm with about 150+ people. Together we're strong European IT firm with Delivery centres in Central and Eastern Europe headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia. Our management team is distributed across the UK, US, Switzerland, Slovakia and Ukraine. We are servicing mainly clients from North America, Middle East and DACH region countries, along with developing several product offerings from Fintech and Pharma vertical.As a group COO I'm responsible for overseeing multiple departments of the companies as Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Finance&Legal and HR. I'm extremely proud of both my teams in Slovakia and Ukraine as well as all of the people distributed over rest of the countries, which allowed us to grow our presence on the highly competitive IT market.

CapaCV successfuly received pre-seed funding and now it's emerging star on the HR market. I'm 25% shareholder responsible mainly for technical Product Development. I like to play with my startups in the evenings.

Tradiny is a Market analysis tool for investors and traders powered by AI to maximise profits. I stepped in into this established startup in 2021 in order to improve the presence of the app already visible and successful on the market, help to raise capital and grow the users base. I see a huge potential in Tradiny, that's why I didn't hesitate to invest into its stocks.

Longterm cooperation between my company Altamira Softworks and CEEOR, which has been acquired by WPPs subsidiary Kantar Health and later then acquired back by its previous owners, has in 2019 resulted in a logical step. Altamira acquired a vast majority of the company which is responsible for market research, interventional and non-interventional studies and other non-syndicated research solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. I'm in the role of managing partner, responsible for high-level management of the company.

Together we create unique software, marketing and market research solutions for RX brands in CEE region. I have been cooperating with Kantar Health (former Ceeor, s. r. o.) since 2014.
