For a period the attention came on an important Italian operator network, for which we provided an innovative IMS network for +1M users.I became the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for the project delivery and support, forwarding tickets to relevant experts and possibly solving with my experience.Network merges several access methods (SIP, H323, Skype-like messanging, Centrex users) and the full migration of +500k fixed access network users was delivered without any impact.

In these years my role was to be the interface between chinese R&D experts and italian engineers.
