I help design and deliver the product strategy for new investment offers in HR, Staffing & Recruiting fields.

My role is to advise and consult business leaders on issues pertaining to human resources. Working closely with executive leadership and HR (including external recruiters) my main goal is to determine business needs and help the team to meet these needs.Usually, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Comparing business goals and objectives to the current structure of business units and distribution of roles;· Identifying new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals;· Leading the hiring process for high-priority roles, from writing the job description to screening and interviewing candidates; · Monitoring the HR budget and advocating for the redistribution of funding of salaries to high-priority roles or departments as needed.

My main responsibilities are to plan, develop and implement programs and strategies to create and maintain a culture of exceptional employee engagement. My role is about building solid, positive relationships and serving as a proactive partner to drive employee engagement and satisfaction in order to improve overall team performance.
