CurrentIn this role, I supervise daily operations for SumTotal LMS: manage users, implement functional improvements and new integrations, and administer reports. I onboard and train LMS training administrators; consult agency training admins on learning technology, LMS governance, and best practices; develop solutions for the business training needs. I create, publish and manage training programs and individual content for various business partners (eLearning, video tutorials, blended curricula, ILT courses, webinars, assessments). I serve as an advisor on Change Management and Training work streams for various Technology implementation projects (Workday, IBM Maximo, IBM Filenet, ServiceNow).Some key achievements in this role include:♦ >90% of staff members use the LMS application for their learning needs after the successful facilitation of user adoption across the enterprise.♦ Initiated and advanced the governance and best practices in learning management.♦ Improved administration of training and user accessibility to learning content.♦ Successfully developed the training data by analyzing, auditing, and forecasting.
