My job includes, but not limited to, the following tasks:• Supervising all investment & investors’ relations• Financial & investment analyses • Following up on legal cases • Management reporting• Advising Investors on the following kinds of investments: (Islamic funds, structure note, bonds, money market, ejara, collateral loans…etc.). • Managing the bank portfolios.• Writing investment-analysis reports.• Contacting existing clients to inform them about the latest products, and any information regarding their accounts through telephone and e-mails. • Superior knowledge of handling all administrative-related work within the bank. Such work includes customer reception; collecting customers’ data, credit acquisition using the credit information network (ci-net), getting credit approval according to the bank’s credit policy, issuing standing orders…etc. • Providing clients with innovative financial solutions and attractive investment opportunities to meet their requirements.• Strengthening the relationship with customers through emphasizing the confidentiality of their information. • Updating customers’ profiles in order to have the necessary information for effective marketing decisions.• Promoting all banks’ products to customers including (salary accounts, credit cards, money market, funds, loans, fixed deposit, insurance accounts, etc…) • Visiting current and potential customers to increase the growth.• Ability to organize and plan in effective way.• Observing the competitors and their new offers and policies continuity.

Relationship Officer (2004-2006) My job includes, but not limited to, the following tasks:• Recommending the different bank products that are tailored to the customers’ needs and demands.• Refinancing and establishing new loans (consumer, real estate, and secured). 2. Customer Sales Representative (2001-2003) My job includes, but not limited to, the following tasks:• Opening all types of accounts (saving, current, fixed deposits and daily investment accounts).• Marketing and promote all bank products (credit cards, gifts and salary accounts).• Good knowledge of cash handling as a head teller (cash deposit, cash withdrawal, money transfers, currency exchange, issuing and canceling certified checks, drafts, telexes and check books).• Issue statements, check books, credit cards, and ATM cards and place standing orders.• Coordinate with Head Office to know the customers liabilities through Ci-Net system.• Answering all questions raised by customers.• Proving technical information to customers on how to use online banking.• Skills at handling ATM and vault management.• Achieving aggressive sales and referral generation targets.• Direct and indirect contact with various types of customers of high levels
