Risk Management:o Prepare ad-hoc risk reports on potential investments and submit to the Investment Committee.o Prepare internal risk reports periodically to analyze the risks faced by the company o Organize and provide inputs for the meetings of Financing and Investment Committees’.o Perform investment analysis and submit to the executive management.o Track stock trend of the listed companies in company’s portfolioo Periodic follow-up with the Investment Administrators on the financial condition of the investments of the company.Compliance:o Responsible for all tasks related to KYC, CDD and AML&CFTo Oversee Customer Complaints Unit in accordance with the requirements of CBK and CMA.o Process registration of Board of Directors and Licensed Positions with CMA & DFSAo FATCA registration and reporting of the company and its subsidiarieso Assure company’s compliance with the regulations of CBK, CMA, DFSA and DIFC.Internal Audit:o Organize internal audit for all departments of the company and its subsidiarieso Organize and provide inputs for the Annual ICR Report in accordance with the regulations of CMACorporate Governance:o Implementation of corporate governance framework in the companyo Submitted corporate governance reports to CMAo Prepared Governance, Audit Committee and Remuneration Reports for AGM.o Developed governance related policies and procedures in accordance with CMA regulations.o Developed policies and procedures for all departments of the companyo Developed policies and procedures for subsidiary in DIFC in in accordance with DFSA regulations.
