I love to build things. Starting with a white sheet of paper and colorful Sharpies is my favorite. Cerity Partners has been a dream - design, build, grow - all with incredible people who are passionate about their clients, teams and community. It doesn't get much better than that! I began my career at Cerity Partners on a client-facing team before transitioning to the role of Chief of Staff for Kurt Miscinski, CEO. I created and led the firm’s first Human Capital and Marketing functions before handing these off to the new leaders of these functions. I stood up our firm’s first Practice Management and Client Experience functions, successfully organizing and acting as the glue pulling teams and partners together across different functions and markets. I have helped attract and integrate more than 30 teams into the Cerity Partners ecosystem. In response to Partner feedback that teams and markets want better transparency on their practices, I worked to stand up the Business Analytics team to prioritize data initiatives, making improvements in practice analytics, business management and compensation. As a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Leadership Team, I collaborate with our broader team to grow and build an organization that aligns with our mission: positively impacting the financial lives of our clients. I am passionate about growing our team by adding new Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, trust, and innovation, and leveraging data and technology to enhance our capabilities and value proposition.
