While operating Bounty Box and the No.1 Restaurant from the Capital Lodge Motor Inn, I also hold the position of Motel Manager & Head of Food & Beverage. My responsibilities include overseeing the smooth running of the motel, primarily ensuring the level of customer service, implementing systems, training and coordinating Front of House and Housekeeping teams, Head of Food & Beverage, property management, reports, functions and events management.
