About Mashal Sohani

Mashal Sohani is a third year student at the George Washington University majoring in International Affairs with a Concentration in Security Policy. Currently, Mashal is interning with the Rape, Abuse, Incest, National Nonprofit (RAINN) as a Public Policy Intern. Her interests lie in social advocation, which can be seen through her efforts with the GW Leading Women of Tomorrow chapter and her position as an student advisor in Student Association. As an active member of the Ismaili Muslim Community, Mashal has participated in multiple nonprofit camps as an advisor, mentor, and counselor to give back to her community. Currently, she is volunteering her time as the Head of Operations (HOO) for the DC Jamatkhana Religious Education Center. Mashal hopes to pursue a JD in the coming years and would love to connect with any lawyers or potential opportunities: msohani120@gwu.edu
