I am a qualified and accomplished Construction Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the industry with the competency to work under pressure for given plans and schedules. Intend to deal with a challenging position while being flexible and professional.Currently, I am working as a Project Quantity Surveyor at ABR Contracting, where I am responsible for managing the Murcia Housing project, a large-scale residential development in Saudi Arabia. I have successfully applied my skills in CostX, cost estimation, and budget management to ensure the project's profitability and quality. Previously, I worked as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Intermass Engineering and Contracting Company, where I handled the Nasma Residence project, a 762-villa complex in UAE. I also worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Maga Engineering, where I contributed to the New Manning Market Complex project, a major commercial facility in Sri Lanka. In all these roles, I demonstrated my ability to work under pressure, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver results within tight deadlines and schedules.
