Technical Manager of the Concierge Department, manage a team who's main objective is to build positive client relationships and provide digital marketing and CRS deliverables for Tambourine’s portfolio of clients.

Main point of contact for Revenue Management Team in reviewing property performance and collaboration of revenue processes. Assist with analyzing property performance data in order to provide insights and make recommendations.Responsible for successful on-boarding of new client platforms including booking engine, channel manger, and gds.Maintain efficient operations for onboarding including delegation of tasks,organization of vendor communication, library of documentation, etc.Lead team in maintaining accurate records of tech stacks, unique set updetails, platform features and enhancements, etc.Provide system solutions for unique strategy requests by hotel includingspecialized integration needs, rate/revenue management strategies, etcTroubleshoot tracking and reporting inconsistencies

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Responsible for the onboarding of properties that we acquire and management of the current portfolio of properties. Create and coordinate implementation schedules which include requirements verification, system mapping, user acceptance testing, data validation and system enhancements. Additionally, I manage a team of 3 and support them with loading new promotions, researching and resolving configuration issues, and price match/discrepancy reconciliation.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Responsible for managing and loading promotions into booking engine, channel manager, and third party extranets. Work directly with OTA’s to provide instant transmission of rates, availability and inventory. Assembled and managed various databases using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Word and Excel. Additionally, I managed the schedule of the operations department.
