My goal is to be a Software Engineer, and as such these are the following actions I took to get a few steps closer to my goal: Previously I worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Queens Library, where I have spearheaded automated solutions by using RPA with UiPath software, boosting efficiency by up to 83.33%, reducing repetitive tasks by saving staff up to 10-30 hours weekly, and enhancing data accuracy.In addition,I have participated in fellowships, hackathons, and student clubs that have enabled me to expand my network, learn new skills, and contribute to the community. As a Secretary at ISACA Cyber-security Club at Queens College, I coordinated cybersecurity and career development events, increased club membership rates by over 200%. As a Tech Team Manager at Muslim Student Association, I managed the technical aspects of the club's activities and events.My goal is to contribute to the industry by working as a software engineer for Summer/ Fall 2024. I have experience in Python, Java, C++, React, JS. I'm open to new opportunities and challenges, and I'm always eager to learn and grow.
