As a co-op engineer working for a branch of the company that does consulting and service for the passenger rail industry, my successes were driven by matching the needs of the customer. I enjoyed the opportunities to learn exactly what was valuable to the customer and then consider how I could best inject myself into the work in order to bridge the gap.

Working with medical devices was an eye-opening experience for me as a young co-op.
