As an entrepreneur, being a co-founder and CTO, I switch hats between the business and technology sides of the company. Heading the research and development department means staying on top of emerging technologies, setting standards, mastering and customising development methodologies and techniques to make sure that the team is highly productive and motivated.With more than 15 years of experience in software development, leadership, team building, project management & product management, I worked on delivering hundreds of projects/products of different sizes and in different tools and technologies in software development and multimedia production.I'm a prototyper and a fan of agile techniques, we used to Scrum & Kanban and currently we Scrumban every day!.As a multipotentialite I have interests in different fields and creative pursuits, where I feel so passionate while jumping between them, including coding, UI/UX, analytics, graphic design in 2D & 3D, photography, business development, software architecture and cloud computing and yes, I also write poems from time to time!
