● Exposure of various areas of internal auditing, taxation, corporate law and financial management.● Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, payroll accounting and revenue recognition.● Successful completion of year-end audits with external auditors and Collaborate with auditing services as needed.● Maintain the company’s Tax records and ensure they are fully up to date at all times● Maintain an organized and orderly filing system of all accounting records.● Supervise the subordinate and ensure the transactions are done the proper way and give proper advice.● Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.● Preparation of special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.● Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. ● Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures● Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements● Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable● Reconciliation of Customer and supplier accounts.● Preparation of Payroll.● Daily Bank Reconciliation. Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.● Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
