•Management and tracking of BBBEE sourcing strategies •Establishment of BBBEEP as a business imperative•Effective change management, resulting in a culture conducive to BBBEE Procurement value chain•Management and tracking of BBBEE contracts, supplier development and supplier performance•Develop and implement BBBEE policies and procedures and assist with alignment within the group strategies•Co-responsible for the formulation, and implementation of BBBEE procurement strategies•Establish and maintain networks to benchmark and implement BBBEE procurement best practices•BBBEE target setting for Skills Development and Employment Equity, Preferential Procurement and Enterprise Development•Implement and Monitoring of the BBBEE Strategies focusing on Employment Equity, Preferential Procurement, Skills Development and Enterprise Development.•Implement the BBBEE Codes of Good Practice•Ensure positive image for Sasol BEE initiatives•Grow profitability of BEE suppliers through utilisation of internal and external BEEP development organisations

•Assist in managing BEE strategy development process for the following sub-sectors: Road Freight, Bus Sector, Rail and Taxi Sector•Assist in Creating an effective monitoring and evaluation framework/system for the transport sector BEE strategy and conduct impact analysis and progress made after the implementation of the Transport Sector BEE Strategy.•Develop and monitor the implement of South African Women in Transport strategies.•Liase with Black Economic Empowerment Stakeholders, co-ordinate meetings, collate inputs, manage correspondence with stakeholders.•Formulation of the Transport Sector Black Economic Empowerment Strategy and Charter..•Undertake specific Transport Sector Black Economic Empowerment Policy & Strategy Research that will lead to the Development and Implementation of an integrated Transport Sector Black Economic Empowerment Strategy•Assist in Monitoring & Evaluating the progress and implementation of South African Network for Women in Transport structure •Intervene and facilitate on issues related to unfair practice that will jeopardize opportunities to advance BEE•Assist in developing the document to set up transport sector BEE council.•Assist in the alignment of BEE Transport Sector Charter with DTI Codes of Good Practice.
