Development of multimodal image analysis methods for digital pathology

Working as part of a team on various projects where main responsibilities were image analysis, algorithm design and software development. Some projects considered mobile phone display analysis, optical measurement device development, and production line quality analysis.

Note teaching application development for iOS and Android devices using Unity (C#). The application listens to piano playing through its microphone and gives feedback to the user after analyzing it. Some notable functionality include pitch detection and OAuth2 authentication.

Master's thesis position. I created automatic image analysis methods for two image segmentation problems in the field of materials science. The methods are combinations of contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE), LASSO regularized logistic regression and watershed segmentation.
