Liaise with fraud Investigator for further fraud investigation . Blocking cards of client for fraud activities and reissuing new cards . Screen transactions for signs of fraudulent activity . Meet service level agreement standards by executing service requests and queries . Action other banks referrals confirmations for cards transaction suspected of fraud . Report fraud and suspicious transactions on clients’ accounts for investigation
