I have diverse experience in agricultural data collection and education. As an enumerator for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and Kenya Cereal Enhancement Programme (KCEP) in 2024, I organized field logistics, identified target farmers, conducted household interviews using the Kobo platform, mentored other enumerators, and performed data cleaning. Additionally, I worked as an enumerator for FAO, coordinating field logistics, conducting interviews and focus group discussions, and cleaning and submitting data. During my industrial attachment at Maramba Tea Factory in 2022, I managed records, advised farmers, inspected tea plantations, and educated farmers on efficient practices and company policies. Furthermore, I served as a homeschooling tutor from 2020 to 2021, tutoring high school students in math and science, assisting primary school students with general revision, administering tests, and analyzing students' work.At Amidareb Enterprises, I have gained significant experience in sales and customer relations. My responsibilities included managing client interactions, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. I actively engaged in promoting our products, ensuring that customers were well-informed about the benefits and features of each item. Additionally, I handled customer inquiries and resolved any issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. My role also involved tracking sales metrics, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for expanding our customer base. Through these efforts, I contributed to achieving our sales targets and enhancing the overall growth of Amidareb Enterprises.
