• Sole web developer tasked with maintaining the company's existing 30+ Drupal Version 6 and 7 websites while providing front-end support for all 250+ users, both local and remote, company-wide. Developed most efficient systems possible for managing and maintaining this many aging Drupal sites with only one developer.• Thoroughly evaluated overall web infrastructure, considering the corporate culture and governance, user resources and needs, institutional and individual users' goals, limitations of single-developer operations, web architecture and IT/server capabilities, Content Management Systems (CMS) choices, and social media plans. Provided recommendations and proposals to exponentially increase efficiency and impact in the existing single-developer environment, while simultaneously improving customer service and the company's overall web presence.• Chartered project to fully overhaul the company’s primary website and reorganize the company’s customer-facing presence. Provided expert guidance for information architecture, visual design and layout, and social media strategy efforts. Site build is in-progress with an estimated completion date of January 2015.• Designed and build a feature-rich enterprise EEO-compliant applicant tracking system. Used WordPress as a Content Management Framework and built custom plugins to hit all requirements. This majorly streamlined and organized the hiring process companywide, resulting in significantly less paperwork, administrative overhead, and labor associated with the hiring process and EEO reporting.• Defended sites against attacks and traffic spikes. Performed forensic analysis of breaches, identified and closed security holes and fixed weak configurations. Performed software patches and restoration of services from backups.
