Provided management and leadership of technical support team and high end trouble-shooting at highest tier support levels. Responsible deploying the appropriate internal and external resources to complete the client projects within time frame and under predefined budgetary benchmarks. Managed the OBC (on board computing) project that consisted of a steering committee, and several vested business units. OBC entailed the integration of vehicle based computers that constantly streamed a feed of vehicle information (speed, GPS, messaging, alerts and alarms) into a database that was further linked to CRM, maintenance and various other SQL databases.Worked on several other projects some of which include the upgrade of core databases, ingest of telemetry devices and technology refresh from Dell to HP servers and desktops.Responsible for the governance and accountability to the management team ensuring that disaster recovery plans, business continuity plans, and other operational provisions were properly designed and maintained.
