Created and taught phenomena-based Living Environment and Earth Science lessons to match the district and state curriculum. Creatively adapted lab-based and inquiry-based activities to a building that lacked a laboratory

Updated the Biology Curriculum to align with the needs of diverse learners growing up in the 21st century. Developed lesson plans that apply science-based teaching tools and meet the needs of diverse learners. Responsible for teaching 9-12 biology and earth science classes, including maintenance and preparation of the laboratory and planning of inquiry-based lab exercises. Taught middle school and high school Algebra and Geometry classes. Advisor to high school students from grades 9 through 12. Served as a Member of the Collegium, the administrative body responsible for pedagogical, mission-driven decisions of the school.
