Hello, my name is Mason Fetzer. I am a Salt Lake City based artist, designer, educator, and photographer.I attended the University of Utah from 2000 - 2006, graduating in Fine Art with an emphasis in painting and drawing. I spent 2 years as a Pre Med student studying Biology and Anatomy until realizing my true passion for the arts.I have been a professional Fine Artist, Graphic Designer and Photographer since I graduated and currently run my own freelance creative company, Mason Fetzer Art. I have been an arts educator for 20 years and have taught every age group. I was the Urban Arts Coordinator for the Utah Arts Festival for nine years.I also spray paint large scale graffiti murals, hand-paint fine portraits on commission, cut custom stencils for commercial use, and sing and play lead guitar in my acoustic folk band, The Precinct.For the past ten years, I have developed and run Puzzle Mural: a community-centered, immersive art project where participants of all ages and backgrounds create a large-scale mural, one piece at a time.
