Through live streaming media, social platforms, and community development, GGP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that engages community and industry leaders by creating content and experiences where ideas can be shared and diverse voices heard. We promote and cultivate the professional LGBTQ+ community with results-based content and programs focused on education, expertise, employment, and entrepreneurship• Plan new ideas for programming/digital engagements and align them with our 4 key LGBTQ+ support initiatives.• Develop events by working closely with the CEO and Marketing team to determine the best partners/speakers/sponsors for each event and assign roles and responsibilities to ensure the event runs smoothly.• Organize programming calendars and break down key deadlines to ensure milestones leading up to the event are met.• Plan and execute several digital events in 2020 with a deeper focus on mental health, identity expression, and professional development.• Participate in monthly DEI calls with DEI executives from top gaming companies to ensure we are planning activities that are collectively advancing visibility and support for LGBT professionals.• Develop and implement plans and production schedules for in-person events (sourcing vendors, security walk thru, transportation, creative & printed materials, etc.)• Manage and direct a team of 20+ volunteers to ensure a seamless event experience• Audit and provide oversight on all content, design, and social media
