This role is in charge of a company level group that manages Advanced Individualized Training (AIT) for soldiers who completed Basic Training. In this position, I manage approximately 20 Drill Sergeants, and 2 other supervisory personnel. We typically have 300 students annually who spend 18-26 weeks receiving specific workforce skills training. -This role includes administrative management of records for each student in the in-processing and out-processing time periods. -Ensure all students in the program are ready to deploy and support the force upon successful and timely graduation.-Instituted the Commanders Cup challenge and conducted eight competitions involving more than 400AIT students.-Organized 13 Leadership Development Classes for 18 senior non-commissioned officers to prepare them for their future assignments.-Conducted more than 35 community engagements to support the Army Training Command's recruiting priorities-Oversaw the accountability for a property book valued at $2,799,353 with no loss of equipment.-Turned in $14,840 of excess equipment, and laterally transferred $26,000 of equipment to Fort Sill.-Improved the department's social media presence resulting in the most engagements across the division.

-This was a temporary role filled until the next Detachment Commander arrived. This role was for the Ordnance Training Detachment (OTD-G) at Ft. Gordon, GA.-Responsible for the health, welfare, safety, mission command, and training for one Commissioned Officer, four Warrant Officers, 84 Noncommissioned Officers, and three Soldiers assigned to OTD-G.-Provides mission command for the detachment's execution of the Program of Instruction for five different programs. -Accounted for and maintained $82K worth of property.

-This role included planning training operations for about 700 people across five companies.-Responsible for executing the Commander's intent through policies, directives, and orders. -Responsible for the planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and resourcing of complex, realistic training to increase and sustain the combat readiness required to provide continuous support capabilities to aviation and ground forces in the 1st Air Cavalry Brigade (1ACB).- Served as the Future Operations Officer for the 615th Aviation Support Battalion, planning and coordinating all future training- Managed all training, ranges, and land co-use request with for all five Companies in 1ACB and units outside of the agency- Played significant role in the planning and execution of two battalion readiness exercises - Managed all ammunition forecasts, draws, and turn ins for the brigade - Updated the battalion long range training calendar-Planned 13 events over the course of one week training 685 personnel within the battalion which included the organization of six venues, 10 bus routes, and 31 trainers, resulting in a successful Division-mandated training event.

-Directly responsible for equipment valued at over $670,000.-Built systems to report and track warehouse's maintenance program, maximizing accuracy of equipment statuses.-Oversaw the maintenance and repair of 250 military vehicles, maintaining vehicle functionality rate of over 90%.-Assisted in the execution of a mobile fuel point for helicopters to refuel which distributed over 215,000 gallons of fuel in 6 months.

-Supervised Army warehouse operations for the aviation brigade. -Ensured physical security and accountability of property worth in excess of $8 million.-Responsible for the supervision and combat readiness, safety, health, welfare and professional development of 48 Soldiers and their families.-Enabled our warehouse to become a finalist in the United States Forces Command Supply Excellence Award. -Completed 40 transportation movement requests to support all five battalions within the brigade, moving over 130 containers. -Provided transportation support requests support to two battalions to help deploy to the Middle East and Europe. -Supported the return excess equipment for two battalions. -Picked up and delivered items in support of Defense Support of Civil Authorities operations for Hurricane Dorian. -Provided support outside of Change of Command to the 15th BSB with a 10K forklift enabling them to successfully conduct deployment operations to the Middle East. -Improved the platoon physical fitness program which led to a 235 APFT average, an increase of 25 points. -Successfully planned and led two recovery missions during the Brigade Field Training Exercise, recovering a total of three Non-Mission Capable HMMWV's from two different units within the Brigade. -The recovery missions covered over 200 miles in two days and enabled the 615th Aviation Support Battalion recovery assist to remain available for vehicle recovery upon redeployment from the Brigade Field Training Exercise.

-Served as the maintenance coordinator for both company level and battalion level vehicle maintenance to include 400 ground vehicles. -Supervised maintenance employees including mechanics. -Collaborated with different divisions to supervise the completion of 3,280 services on the accelerated maintenance plan for return of a deployment with no services going overdue. -During this time, I worked with my teammates to successfully maintain equipment fleet of operational readiness of 90%. -Maintained the highest fully mission capable rate of battalion equipment within the brigade. -Oversaw the completion of 203 truck, trailer, and generator services, while also overseeing 1681 weapons, night vision devices, and M50 mask services from November 2018 to April 2019.
