The UNT System provides administrative oversight and support to the three UNT institutions across North Texas. I worked in the heart of the UNT flagship campus in Denton and partnered with Shared System COEs to provide excellent service to the campus community.I served as an HR consultant for a group of departments and hundreds of employees, working closely with Deans, VPs, managers, and other key stakeholders on a variety of topics including: employee relations, performance management, job classification and compensation, workforce planning, and training and development.
