Working full-time as a summer intern and then transitioning to a remote, part-time internship while in college has given me the ability to develop key analytic, leadership, communication and remote working skills. During my time as an intern at a small manufacturing company, I had the opportunity to wear many hats and develop a broad knowledge of the industry, some of which include the following: -Used Excel, QuickBooks, and macros to perform basic ETL functions which resulted in a contract and profitability analysis throughout the last 10 years, then Tableau to create dashboards to visualize the data. The end-result of this project was to inform project managers of the most profitable types of projects by characteristic and therefore be more profitable as a company. -Fully managed a construction project from RFP to installation.-Implemented a WIP-tracking software called Production Coach which allows transparency in the front office and allows them to take on the correct amount of work without needing ample overtime while having enough work to capture effective utilization and economies of scale

-Developing a strong vision and plan for growth by communicating with and helping motivate my Executive Board members and hosting chapter meetings, resulting in an inaugural philanthropy for Phoenix Children's Hospital, a contention for Founder's Cup, a structured alumni base, and double our number of members
