Hello, I'm Mason Davis, originally from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and currently residing in Newark, Delaware. I am a senior at The University of Delaware pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Statistics with a Minor in Computer Science.My academic journey has equipped me with proficiencies in Python, Java, C, C++, and Microsoft Office, focusing on data analytics. Additionally, I possess intangible skills such as public speaking, presentation, and collaboration.Currently, I am an intern in The Sports Science & Analytics Department at The University of Delaware. In this role, I serve as the head analyst for the Men's Soccer Team, allowing me to merge my passions for soccer and statistics. This experience has not only connected me with my love for the sport but also provided ample exposure to a supervisory role.Outside of academics, I am an enthusiastic soccer player, proudly holding the positions of captain and vice-president for The UD's Men's Club Soccer Team. Our collective efforts led to the achievement of the 2022 NIRSA Region 1 Champions title, earning us the opportunity to compete in the NIRSA 2022 National Soccer Championships in Round Rock, Texas.As I approach graduation and the transition to the professional world, my goal is to leverage my education and statistical proficiency to contribute significantly to the fields of data analytics and data science.Let's connect and explore opportunities together!
