As the Interaction Designer, I was tasked with transforming traditional paper work instructions into dynamic, intuitive 3D AR assemblies, which significantly reduced cognitive fatigue and errors by making complex assemblies more interactive and understandable. I thoroughly enjoyed the creative challenges it presented, particularly translating static instructions into engaging 3D workspaces. This process involved leveraging a multitude of HCI and UX principles, including color theory, multimodal interaction, spatial cognition, and Fitt’s Law. By incorporating user feedback through interviews and field testing, I optimized the user experience, ensuring the interfaces were both functional and user-friendly. My focus on user-centered design drove improved workflow efficiency, and the final solutions enhanced usability across diverse technology applications.

As a Business Analyst and Data Analyst at Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI, from October 2017 to October 2021, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities in product data analysis and statistical model building. I managed the testing of 18 individual batteries to gather auxiliary battery degradation data and constructed three simulation models, based on three variables from the testing results, to influence business strategy. Each model was meticulously developed, focusing on a set voltage. I ensured the validity of results using SQL cleaning and statistical analysis with Minitab, leading to the removal of two invalid tests out of 22. Furthermore, I innovated mathematical models for battery degradation predictions, contributing to savings of up to $30 million in warranty recalls. My work on JL/JT 1D Thermal Modeling led to strategic collaboration with Aerothermal teams to reduce fan size, resulting in a cost saving of approximately $20 per vehicle. I also expanded the information and data stored in WS GMET4 HO ICD portfolio from 10% to 87% of line items. As an MP Program Vehicle System Responsible, I developed a vehicle scorecard that increased total completion from 38% to 82% in product testing, propelling the project to the next stage in vehicle production.
