I implemented safety protocols and enforced rules at the DCRC and Dublin outdoor pools to prevent accidents and injuries through public education and strict enforcement. I demonstrated professionalism by maintaining my lifeguard skills, conducting in-service training, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent customer service while upholding facility standards. It was also my responsibility to provide lifeguard certifications and pool permits when requested by various governing agencies.

I facilitate the education necessary for certifying and renewing Red Cross Lifeguards, ensuring proper training and proficiency in demonstrated skills. I also implement processes to assure ongoing quality in both knowledge and application.
