I am a Junior at Miami University studying Human Capital Management and Leadership with a minor in Entrepreneurship. In my years of working at Roads Rivers and Trails, I have gained significant sales experience and one on one customer interactions. As a long-term employee at a small business, I have been able to experience first-hand how a successful company works.Recently, I've been promoted to Supply Chain Manager, in which I've handled the current supply chain deficit caused by the pandemic. This has increased my ability to adapt and problem solve when faced with order cancellations. Additionally, I've been in charge of onboarding new brands and ensuring their success after arriving in-store.
