I'm excited to announce a lateral change in my position at the University Echo! Considering my ambition to become Editor-in-Chief, I asked for and received the role of News Editor. After this semester, I should have experience in Feature and News sections, and I'm excited to lead such a talented group of students.Already, as news editor, I've brought back the crime log-- a part of the news not seen in the Echo since February 2020.

In my new role, I'll manage and edit for a team of several talented writers for our weekly publication. It's my goal this year for another feature writer to receive an award, like last year.
