This job gave me the opportunity to do contract work for Fortune 500 companies. I did data transfer between databases during a huge merger.-accuracy was extremely important as to not have to redo work, so I always had to make sure my work was complete -time management was necessary as much of the work was done during school so I had to balance my time between classes and work. Because the work was online, time management was important to make sure I hit my goals by the end of the week.-Motivation had to be a driving factor in this work because it was extremely repetitive and it is online making motivation difficult for many to complete the work.
