The role is responsible for the management and oversight of Airservices Australia Property Management department. The department is responsible for facilitating the delivery of Airservices Australia national property portfolio to meet the needs of the organisation.The portfolio currently comprises over 1100 sites and 1000 buildings nationally consisting all forms of tenure from freehold to leasehold, licences, etc, responsible for all of the organisations revenue and expenditure Property interests.Primarily this involves:- Compilation and delivery of the organisations short, medium and long term property strategy- All disposal and acquisitions- Negotiating and managing various legal documents e.g. Heads of Agreement, Leases, Licences, Easements etc- Negotiation and management of all revenue site sharers- Provision of specialist property advice for all jurisdictions nationally, across the organisation for Projects, Business Cases etc- Negotiation of rent reviews- Administering and tendering of Airservices Australia national electricity tender- Compilation of annual budgets including rent, utilities, management of consultancies - Management of Native Title Claims- Act as Airservices Australia property interface on a national level with CEO's, GM's, executives to resolve high priority, critical and high profile property matters - Manage Airservices Australia residential housing nationally

Autonomously managed a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial buildings.Portfolio comprised over 100,000m2 NLA, annual rent exceeding $15M with assets ranging from A grade St Kilda Road commercial offices to outer suburban industrial buildings.Role involved everything from compilation of short term annual budgets, to drafting medium to long term asset strategy/development plans.
