Mason John serves as a Managing Director with Vanguard Real Estate Advisors in their Dallas office. Mr. John primarily focuses on large-scale land brokerage assignments covering multiple zoning categories: single family, multifamily, senior-housing, investment, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the North Texas land markets in order to generate maximum benefit for his clients.Mr. John is a member of the Dallas Builders Association and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Mason is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He holds a real estate license in the state of Texas. When not brokering land, he can be found on the golf course or riding horses.
