- Providing hybrid physical/remote support communicating with clients across ON in resolving IT related tickets- Provide great customer Support and relations with clients. Ensure clients are satisfied with care provided.- Coordinating & communicating with IT related service providers on clients behalf for internet, software, phone line & fax communication methods to resolve technical issues & reduce downtime- Coordinate & supervisor major network transitions such as migrations to O365, Software installations, or changes to physical premises- Installation & setup of physical Networking equipment (wireless AP’s, network drops, Dental X-ray senor’s & cameras, workstations, printers & desk setups)

-Manage and resolve incoming IT issues from the HELP desk line or email contact to assist City of Hamilton employees with technical issues.-Properly record issues within ticketing software and close the ticket or escalate to different IT teams if necessary.

-Assigned daily tasks and projects related to assisting in IT matters or events-driving company van onsite to Norfolk County locations and performing access point or other technological upgrades-Imaging and performing setup of new computers-Assisting Norfolk employees if on-site technical help is required
