My name is Mason Lim and I have been working in retail and kitchen environments for five years. My first job was at Panera Bread and I was considered one of the aces there. Poor management caused me to look for better work opportunites and that lead me to Lifetime Cafe. At the Lifetime Cafe, I was able to earn respect quickly due to my high work ethic and how efficient I was able to work. I was supposed to earn my first supervisor position here, but COVID-19 caused us to close down for an extended period and when I went back, business was not the same. I was never formally let go because management ended up changing without my knowledge and I found my first retail job at CVS Health. I started off as a cashier but in a short four months, I was promoted to shift supervisor. I am currently the senior shift supervisor and focus on improving the culture of my team.
