As the Director of Property Management, Mason is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s real estate portfolio. This includes managing tenants, lease administration, budgeting, marketing, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Greater Denver Area

-Prepares initial financial review of monthly financial documents. -Oversees contract vendors and RFP process. Manages quality control, conducts regular meetings and walk throughs. -Competitively bids and prepares all service contracts to assure high quality and cost effective services. -Coordinates the development, revision and implementation of property manuals and on-line systems.-Assist in the accounting process and manages collection process.-Inspects building/grounds and recommends repairs and/or improvements to enhance the value of the building. Coordinates maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of building as specified in the operating budget and management plan.-Works with engineering team to ensure that emergency procedures are in place and updated regularly. Manages tenant training and participation.-Maintains role as primary/secondary contact for tenants relative to tenant service requests. Proactively meets with tenant representatives on scheduled basis. Oversees communication and management of the tenant move-in/move-out process to minimize disruption to established tenants.

Boulder Co

• Lead and manage campus membership sales activities resulting in month over month revenue growth.• Serve as the lead relationship manager maintaining detailed knowledge of member needs, company milestones, and growth trajectory.• Manage inbound and outbound Salesforce funnels of individuals and companies that are interested in membership with organization and efficiency.• Tour campus to prospective members while telling and selling the story of Galvanize and what it means to be a part of our community.

Boulder, Colorado

• Direct facility improvements/system upgrades and repairs for the Boulder campus.• Manage campus budgets and capital expenditures. Cut campus spend down and helped facilitate vendor price drops to better free up the campus monthly budget. • Lead the hospitality team through day-to-day operations of the campus.• Monitor all key community metrics and address unresolved issues.• Coordinate with Membership, Program, and Event teams to ensure all events and members have the support they need from the facility and hospitality team.• Facilitate the transition of the former Boulder campus to new campus management along with coordinating the launch of the new Boulder Galvanize Campus.• Facilitate administrative and operational support to the Boulder Team.

Tyler, Texas Area

• Was responsible for bi-weekly coordination of all aspects related to School Programs’ groups and schools on camp, and managed all administrative aspects of on and off-camp groups including contractual and financial obligations through Salesforce and Circuitree.• Managed and tracked the monthly budget which included forecasting and implementing the plan to staff coordinators. • Provided primary oversight, coordination, management, and troubleshooting for groups on camp.• Worked with representatives from around 250 schools in the DFW, Houston and Tyler areas to develop their outdoor education experience.• Trained, managed, and lead a team of 25+ full-time staff. • Created and implemented plans to develop staff, which included evaluations, assessments of their needs, and regular meetings to monitor their specifics metrics for success.

San Antonio, Texas Area

• Created and developed the Outdoor Education Department. This included casting the vision of the program, designing curriculum, training staff, marketing to schools and overseeing retreats for camp.• Created and developed the Leadership in Action Summer Camp Program for High School Students. This too included casting the vision for this new program, designing and evaluating the program, training staff and marketing to families and organizations.

Tyler, Texas Area

• Lead an exciting and effective camp experience for 4th-12th grade students at both on-site and off-site camp locations as part of the Outdoor Education and iLead Programs.• Created the schedule for 25+ employees, which involved coordination between the school administration and camp department leaders.• Designed and taught high level, Texas TEKS designed Outdoor Education classes for 4th-6th grade students.• Lead marketing events and off-camp school events.• Managed and cared for the Nature Center and the animals within including various mammals, reptiles and arthropods.

Van, Tx

• Served in areas of camp operations and customer service including teaching outdoor education, facilitating activities for weekend retreat groups, facilities maintenance, and summer camp marketing. • Part of a team that designed a state CCCA Sectional Conference.• Assisted the Summer Camp Director with managing summer staff, building and repairing stages/projects, keeping the budget and meeting with the board.
