Computer Science major with a passion for solving compelling problems and creating easy-to-use and intuitive but powerful software. Interested in using skills gathered over my academic career and extracurricular activities to create intuitive user experiences, help clients with information assurance issues, and tackle interesting software and security problems. I am proficient in object-oriented languages and principles and have experience with functional programming and database management using MS SQL. I use Git and GitHub often and am familiar with collaborative open-source development processes. As an esports tournament organizer, I’m experienced in coordinating events managing large groups of competitors efficiently while ensuring high production value for spectators by managing multiple livestreams at a time with custom CSS overlays and graphics. I’m eager to hone and combine the skills I’ve developed over my education to create powerful, meaningful software solutions for a wide variety of industries.As one of the state’s top esports competitors, I know the kind of work ethic and willingness to learn that’s needed to truly excel in a competitive environment and will devote that exact enthusiasm into any role with an inspired team that’s continuously learning and growing.
