Experience in Business Development / Account Management at Arrive Logistics, where I leveraged my knowledge in logistics operations management, strategic pricing, market analysis, qualitative/quantitative data analysis and relationship building to create and maintain partnerships with clients and carriers in the supply chain industry. I worked with a diverse portfolio of customers in the food and beverage space, wholesale distribution, solar, cosmetics, CPG, plastics and packaging. I specialized in less than truckload shipments and also worked predominantly with large players in the building materials space, matching the right customers with the right solution at the right time.I graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Psychology and Military Science in May 2021. As a cadet in the US Army Cadet Command, I led a program of over 120 cadets responsible for fostering the development of future leaders in the United States Army. I trained in short term and long term strategic operations planning administratively and tactically. I used data-driven methods to create and adjust training plans based on the physical, academic, and personal goals of the cadets, and mentored individuals to replace my position and prepare myself for my own personal development.
