As a Development Intern, I respond to the technical support needs of customers and provided base level IT support to non-technical personnel within the business. I also review technical documentation and procedures. I identify and solve technical issues with a variety of diagnostic tools while providing on-call support for critical issues. I participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals. I also install and configured multiple software solutions for customer accounts. Lastly I play an active role in regression testing of upcoming version releases of the software for multiple platforms including: Windows (for Desktops), IPhone, IPod Touch, Android Galaxy, Android Tablet, IPad.

As a Junior Installer, I installed, modified and repaired software while resolving technical issues and bugs for customer accounts. I administered hundreds of customer accounts by scheduling and keeping track of installation dates and work to be performed. I leveraged Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and internal deployment tracking systems to acomplish these key tasks and performed technical pre-installation and post installation hand-off calls with customers. These calls were to describe thework to be performed, demonstrating the differences between the old software and the installedsoftware, demonstrated new features in the newly installed software, and answered technical questions from the customers.

As an automation and DevOps engineer, I helped designed and implement automated pipelines for testing and deploying code bases. I fequently used technologies like Semantic Release, CirlceCI, AppVeyor, Netlify, Jenkins, and Docker to establish Continuous Integration pipelines for various private and public code bases. I also wrote automated unit, integration, and TAP tests for various development teams and wrote example applications, using NodeJS and Express, to demonstrate potential implementations of the Cisco Spark public JavaScript Software Development Kit. I actively created, tracked, and completed open development and bug tickets for multiple internal Cisco Spark Development teams. I performed peer code reviews for open development tickets and actively participated in both weekly and daily scrum meetings to discuss design strategies and ticket statuses. I helped establish Windows platform compatibility for existing unix based projects.

As a Associate in Development I played key role in designing bug tracking templates (Using Microsoft's Team Foundation Server) that resulted in easier bug tracking and improved team workflow. I created topological networking templates using Microsoft Visio 2010 technology, in order to trackvarious differences in our customers’ internal networks and showcase our product's topological influence within that network. Lastly, I administered a team of 20 security personnel, making sure each had a up-to-date security clearance.
