As the Product Designer & Developer, I led project strategy, product design, and technical development for client websites, web apps, mobile applications, and e-commerce projects. I also managed all technical projects and contributed to client acquisition strategy, project management, and company content.In this role we achieved a 148% increase in total sales, a 95% increase in sessions, and a 1.31% increase in the conversion rate for clients' online stores on average.Product design included research, ideation, and implemented human-centered design principles for all custom client projects. Development was done using JavaScript Frameworks Next.js, React, React Native), content management systems, Shopify third-party services, and plugins.Collaborated company-wide to improve clients' online presences, creating foundational design systems, SEO strategy, contributing to graphic design, and creating brand and messaging strategies for over 20 clients.
