In this position I not only manage a crew on job sites, but I also participate in painting homes, decks, fences, sheds, and more. All exterior work that requires an attention to detail to provide customers with high quality results in a timely manner. Along with painting responsibilities, I also manage daily schedules, as well as assign and ensure employees are completing their tasks. Other responsibilities include training new hires, solving problems and conflicts when necessary, and communicate with homeowners.

My time at Firebolt was spent mostly within the assembly room, working with others towards a common goal to complete orders in a timely manner. I was also able to learn how to adapt to new situations and environments within the warehouse, as I not only spent time in assembly, but I also was able to lend a hand in CNC, shipping, packaging, and print. Through my experience at Firebolt I was able to learn from and build relationships with a diverse group of people. Although my title was assembly, I was able to absorb as much knowledge as possible from my co-workers and the job itself.
