• Reviewing project plans and project specifications for municipal utility projects. Projects include green-field water and waste water treatment plants (WTP/WWTP), efficiency / capacity upgrades to existing WTP / WWTP, pump stations, off-site peak-flow facilities, etc. Project values ranging from $500k-$30M.• Quantifying materials and installation labor for yard piping, mechanical piping, fabricated steel piping, valves, bypass pumping services, and precast concrete structures (manholes, valve vaults, wet-wells).• Communicating project scope and potential project pain-points for consideration by management.• Evaluating competing vendor quotations efficiently to tie together the most competitive offer for on-time bid delivery.• Issuing purchase orders and subcontracts for piping components, valves, precast concrete, concrete cutting/drilling service, etc.

• Completed estimates and composed proposals for engineered heat/steam tracing systems, process piping, jacketed piping, and proprietary vessels / components primarily serving the Oil and Gas industry. Project values ranging from $5k-$5M.• Serve as a liaison between the business development team and operations teams to deliver proposals that align strategically and are operationally achievable for capital projects.• Represent Controls Southeast Inc. (CSI) while working direct with end users and/or their chosen consultants.• Charged with trying to discover unstated customer needs to offer a solution that leaves the customer satisfied and eager to work with CSI on future projects.• Required to substantiate CSI's technical abilities and demonstrate a solid foundation of knowledge of piping/tracing/heating technologies available in the market to enhance CSI's credibility with an international customer base._
