I have worked for Helios Injection Systems since I graduated from college in 2017. I started with being the Design Engineer creating new and re-engineering old machine parts. Next I was promoted to Operations Manager where I managed all shop floor employees, improved work flow, directed fulfillment of all orders, and was a lead Automation Manager. I also procured all parts needed to build our products. Finally I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, I have implemented an inventory management system, work directly with machine shops to procure machined parts, work with owners to make our business more efficient by implementing automated equipment like CNC Machines and robotic welders. I’m also involved in budgeting and managing all big projects that we have going on at the time.
